Commissioned Artworks by Linda
The places that matter most, transformed into original works of art.
The most memorable artworks are those that have a story, a purpose or a personal connection.
Whether creating a statement piece for a beautifully designed interior, celebrating an iconic location or capturing somewhere close to the heart, Linda brings each vision to life through original photography and her signature vibrant colour.
Linda welcomes commissions from private clients, interior designers and commercial partners looking for something distinctive and memorable.
Private Commisions
Commission an original artwork inspired by a place that holds meaning for you. It may be a family home, wedding venue, favourite neighbourhood, architectural landmark or destination connected to an important memory.
Beginning with original photography or approved client-provided imagery, Linda creates a deeply personal interpretation of the place and its story.
Commercial Collaborations
Linda works with interior designers, architects, art advisers, hotels, hospitality groups, corporate offices, healthcare practices and other commercial partners.
Collaborations can include existing artworks, custom colour studies and site-specific commissions, with options tailored to the project’s palette, scale, materials and framing. Linda can create a single statement piece or a coordinated collection for multiple spaces.
Art Beyond the Ordinary
Every commission is an opportunity to create something truly distinctive. Inspired by meaningful memories, iconic landmarks and architectural spaces, Linda transforms original photography into vibrant artworks that celebrate colour, character and individuality.
Whether for a private home, a thoughtful gift or a commercial interior, each artwork is thoughtfully created to tell a story, complement its surroundings and leave a lasting impression.
Homes and Personal Places
Celebrate the places that hold special meaning in your life. Whether it is a cherished family home, a favourite neighbourhood, somewhere you once lived or a destination connected to a wedding, relocation or special chapter in your life, Linda creates vibrant artworks that capture the memories and personal connections that make these places so meaningful.
Meaningful Gifts
Celebrate life's special moments with a truly personal gift of art. Whether it is a place where two people met, a cherished family home, a favourite destination or somewhere filled with wonderful memories, Linda creates vibrant artworks that capture the meaning behind the moment. A beautiful and lasting gift to treasure for years to come.

Linda collaborates with interior designers, decorators and art advisers to create original artworks tailored to a project’s colour palette, scale and setting, from a single statement piece to a coordinated collection of artworks.
Commercial Spaces
Linda creates distinctive artworks for hotels, restaurants, healthcare practices, workplaces and commercial spaces, inspired by their architecture, location and unique story. Each artwork brings colour, character and individuality to the surroundings, creating a memorable sense of place for guests, clients and employees.
The Art of Collaboration
Your Vision. My Creativity. Something Extraordinary.
Every commission begins with a conversation, an opportunity to share ideas, explore possibilities and discover what we can create together.
I take the time to understand your vision, whether it is celebrating somewhere meaningful or creating a distinctive artwork for a particular space.
Through my original photography and signature use of vibrant colour, I transform meaningful places into distinctive artworks that capture their character and tell a story.
Where possible, I photograph the location myself, capturing its unique architecture and character. When a site visit is not possible, I can work with carefully selected photographs provided by you.
The Commission Process
A commission can begin with a site visit and Linda’s own photography or, when that is not possible, with a carefully considered selection of client-provided or permission-approved reference photographs.
(1) Begin with the Story
The process begins with a conversation about the place you have in mind, the intended scale, preferred palette, framing, timeline and creative possibilities with you.
(4) Develop the Colour Palette
Linda explores palette, tone, contrast and individual elements, developing and refining multiple colour studies until the architecture, composition and colour feel resolved.
(2) Source the Photography
Where possible, Linda photographs the location herself, exploring its architecture, light, perspective and defining details. If a site visit is not possible, Linda can assess your photographs or discuss other reference imagery.
(5) Create the Final Artwork
Once the artistic direction is established, Linda completes the final work through detailed refinement. There is no standard formula or one-click treatment. Every decision is made by Linda.
(3) Select the Composition
Linda reviews the available imagery and identifies the compositions with the strongest artistic potential and clearest sense of place.
(6) Print, Sign and Frame
Each artwork is professionally produced using archival Giclée printing on premium fine art paper or canvas, then carefully inspected and framed according to the agreed specifications. Fine art paper prints are personally signed by Linda as her mark of authenticity, before the finished artwork is prepared for its new home or space.
What can be customised?
Every commission is considered individually. Depending on the project, you may discuss:
The location, building or architectural subject
The photographic composition
The overall colour direction
A palette developed around an interior or brand environment
The scale and proportions of the finished artwork
Fine-art paper or canvas
Framing and frame finish
A single statement piece or coordinated group of works
Exclusive or non-exclusive commissioning options
Linda’s artistic style remains at the centre of every commission. Customisation allows the work to belong naturally within its intended setting while still being unmistakably hers.

Custom Artwork FAQs
-
You do not need to arrive with the perfect photograph.
Where possible, Linda can arrange to photograph the location herself. If a site visit is not practical, she can review photographs you already have or discuss whether suitable permission-approved reference imagery is available.
Linda will assess the quality, composition and architectural detail before confirming whether the imagery is appropriate for a commission.
-
Yes. Linda can consider client-provided photographs, particularly when the location is overseas, no longer accessible or connected to an earlier period of your life.
You must own the photograph or have permission for it to be used. Linda will also need to confirm that its resolution and composition are suitable for the artistic process.
-
A site visit is preferred where practical because it allows Linda to explore different angles, changing light and architectural details herself.
However, a visit is not always essential. Overseas and historically significant commissions may be developed from an approved selection of suitable reference photographs.
-
Yes. Worldwide commission enquiries are welcomed.
Linda will discuss whether the project should begin with a dedicated photography visit or with approved imagery supplied by the client, property or project team.
-
Each work is produced using archival Giclée printing by a specialist fine-art printer.
Clients can select from 300gsm, 100% cotton rag fine-art paper or 440gsm cotton-blend canvas, depending on the desired finish and setting.
-
Yes. Professional framing and ready-to-hang presentation can be included.
Linda can advise on the frame finish, proportions and materials best suited to the artwork and its intended location.

Commissions are quoted individually according to the photography required, complexity, scale, materials, framing, exclusivity and delivery.
Following an initial conversation, Linda will provide a written proposal outlining the creative scope, production details, estimated timing and investment.
-
Yes. The intended setting and preferred colour direction can be considered as part of the brief.
Linda can explore a palette that responds to an interior, textile scheme or brand environment while preserving the character of the architecture and her distinctive artistic style.
-
In some instances, Linda may be able to develop a new colour study inspired by an existing work or create a related piece for a particular project.
This is assessed individually, as not every artwork or composition will be suitable for alteration.
-
The initial brief is collaborative. Linda will learn about the place, its meaning, the intended setting and any relevant colour or scale considerations.
She will then guide you through the proposed composition and colour direction before the work moves into final production. Linda retains the artistic direction needed to ensure the finished piece remains true to her practice.
-
Every commission develops differently.
Photography, composition, colour studies, refinement, printing and framing can take several weeks or months. An estimated schedule will be provided once Linda understands the location, complexity, scale and production requirements.
-
Shipping or delivery is quoted according to the size, framing, destination and installation requirements of the finished work.
The artwork is professionally packaged, with delivery arrangements and expected timing confirmed before production begins. International delivery requirements are discussed individually.
-
Exclusivity can be included as part of the commission agreement.
Some clients choose a fully exclusive artwork that will not be reproduced or offered for sale. Others prefer a non-exclusive commission at a different price, allowing Linda to make the image available as part of a future collection or edition.
Linda will explain the available options before the project begins.
