Balmoral Rotunda
The Balmoral Rotunda was built in 1930 as part of a major effort to transform Balmoral into one of Sydney’s most picturesque seaside destinations. Designed in the elegant Federation style, it originally hosted brass band performances and community events, bringing people together to enjoy music by the sea.
Overlooking the harbour and shaded by iconic fig trees, the Rotunda has become a treasured local landmark. It remains a favourite location for weddings, celebrated for its charm and its place in the hearts of generations.
For many Sydneysiders, the Rotunda holds cherished memories of family photos, first dates and special moments shared on the grass. Beginning with my original photograph, I have reimagined this much-loved landmark with bold colour and vibrant detail, capturing its timeless charm in my signature artistic style.
A timeless celebration of Balmoral, bringing vibrant colour, character and a touch of Sydney's coastal charm to any interior.
